ABOUT ME & Our Team's Work
I'm Howard Isaacson, MBA, CPA, the founder and CEO of Success Facilitators, Inc. My team of consultants, advisors and I are dedicated to your success!
My path to this work runs through Deloitte & Touche (audit and advisory across Central Europe), fourteen years in wealth management at Smith Barney, UBS, and Merrill Lynch, and adjunct faculty service at Hodges University's Johnson School of Business.
Alongside that, I've led the leadership curriculum at Emmanuel Lutheran Global Seminary, chaired the board of the Florida Aquarium, and served on the boards of the American Red Cross of Collier County, Child's Path, Make-A-Wish of Southwest Florida, and Collier County Public Schools' Career Academies Advisory Board.
I'm currently a PhD candidate in Leadership at Kairos University, researching how artificial intelligence affects trust between leaders and the people they lead and serve.
That combination of financial rigor, board governance, and a research-grounded view of AI shapes our thinking and approach to innovation and improvement.
